Bridal Cakes By Silk Divine
We love discovering new and emerging artists. So today we have pretty bridal cakes by Susan Jaamour who is MashaAllah a very talented and creative up and coming cake artist in Michigan. Those who have tasted her cakes have only one word to say and that is ‘amazing’! When people order, many go for her nutella chocolate frosting. Just thinking about it makes us want to go buy a cake.
Above Cake gives 74 servings and the one below gives 130 servings
The wedding cakes shown above are both white cakes and were made with vanilla homemade buttercream frosting. The flowers are fake on each cake but could be replaced with real flowers.
Susan has been baking professionally since January 2011. She is not professionally trained but has always had a passion for baking. It first started out with small things like pies, regular cakes, and such and later developed into fondant cakes. Susan really enjoys working on fondant cakes and finds the process really amazing. Particularly because unlike regular cakes that always look the same, each fondant cake can be quite creative and unique. Susan does not use alcohol in any of her cakes and uses the Duff fondant. Unfortunately, at this time she does not ship. Although many customers do share their ideas with Susan, most of her clients end up wanting her to do something on her own, trusting her taste and creativity. One day Susan hopes to take her passion one step further and open her dream store, that is after she finishes dental school of course.
