As a child, Moniza was very artsy and could never quite figure out what she wanted to do when she grew up. About nine months ago, after she had her baby girl, she started to practice henna on herself. One day, as she finished her Isha prayers, it suddenly occurred to her that maybe she could do henna on others. Thanks to the Isha prayer that triggered this idea, she found her niche and is now able to share her wonderful artistic abilities with henna lovers everywhere.

I had my wedding henna done with Moniza. I have to say it was a great afternoon I spent with her. With all the craziness of a wedding, Moniza was amazing. The design was exactly what I wanted, the color came out dark and she did it rather quickly. Thank you, Moniza. You were great!

I had moniza do my wedding mehndi. Personally, for me, it is very important that the henna does not cause any allergic reactions to my skin (I have very very sensitive skin.) The henna Moniza used was all natural, had no toxic smell to it, came out INCREDIBLY DARK, and lasted a long time. Her designs are amazing, detailed, and look like art work. My husband and in-laws loved her work as well. She works diligently, has a great eye, and steady movement. The henna came out dark, and still lasted a while. Usually when the henna comes out dark, it fades very quickly. Here, it lasted about two weeks- maybe more! I loved your work! I am definitely booking you again for my rukhsati! Thank you Moniza! You really are an amazing artist!
